Donetta Cothran, Ph.D. – is a Professor and the Associate Chair of the Department of Kinesiology in the School of Public Health. She also serves as the Associate Editor of the Journal of Teaching in Physical Education. Her research focuses on how schools impede or enhance student wellness and knowledge, with a specific focus on physical activity and participants’ perspectives.
