Vivian Nun Halloran, Ph. D. – is a Professor within both the American Sciences and English Departments. She is a Caribbeanist by training, and a literary food studies scholar in vocation. Her research and teaching interests are interdisciplinary and investigate how literary genres intersect with scientific discourse, nutrition, popular culture, or museums.
